Friendly's

Question

May the Hot fudge in Friendly's ice cream be eaten, such as the hot fudge sunday? It is my understanding that it should be Mutar, because it seems to me the problem is only with the Keilim. And even if they wash the Keilim in the same dish washer as the non-kosher foods, you can assume that 1)it is "Eino Ben Yomo" and 2) it's Nosen Ta'am Lifgam, because 1)of the soap 2) chocolate and meat is P'gam.
