Frito Lay honey wheat pretzels

Question

I am used to seeing a hashgacha on most Frito Lay pretzels. I do not see one on their honey wheat pretzels. Can you please tell me if it kosher. Here are the ingredients: enriched flour (wheat flour,niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), whole wheat flour, honey, sugar, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, salt, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, and malted barley flour.
