Frito lays Honey Wheat Pretzels

Dear R. Abbadi, I am confused. The manufacturer prusumably does not object to paying the bill for Hashgochos ,because they have them on all other pretzels. In addition, I am sure you will agree, having a hashgocho on a product like pretzels is a sound economic decision; it just sells more than without a hashgocho. So, my question remains, are there halachic reasons for not putting a stamp of Kashrut approval on the package(i.e. questionable ingredients or procedures). Or are we to assume that they were just logistically ready to set up shop for the plant manufacturing this product. If the former rather than the latter. Are we to ridicule and minimize a halachic decision of bekiim beKashrush(learned Rabbi's with regards to kashrus)? Is their Chazaka(past reputation)with regards to halachic descisions so tainted as to not even warrant a phone call. Just inquiring.
