Frozen Broccoli

Question

Recently I have seen Green Giant & Byrds Eye brands of frozen broccoli in Monsey kosher stores. they bear a triangle K symbol. Since I live in Florida, I do not know if the veggies are manufactured in a plant other than that which distributes in NY. Are there any brands which can be used in Florida? Additionally, is the triangle K currently a reliable hashgacha? Thanks!
