Frozen Vegetables

Question

Rabbi, The 2016 Pesach list states that all vegetables are acceptable, provided that they have no added ingredients, except for salt and citric acid. Does this include frozen vegetables with no added ingredients (or with just salt and citric acid) too? Are such plain frozen vegetables kosher l'pesach? Thank you.
