You replied: It is easy to make sure not to splash. CYA With respect, it appears that you may not cook very much. Maybe splashing is easy to prevent but certainly not splattering. Look at any stove after someone fries something. Can you ask (any) Mrs. Abadi what she thinks about the question? Mindy
