rabbi, thank you for making this list available. in regard to gelatins aren't kosher gelatins made from fish by products? this would eliminate a problem of waiting between meat and milk. furthermore, as you explained the psak for allowing regular gelatin to be eaten, and it is understood. however perhaps the o-u and other organizations do not hold by this psak. and therfore this area is not similar to wrigley's chewing gum, which ingredients would be clearly kosher, according to all a's. chag semach
