glass dishes clarification
Question
We were taught that as Sephardic Jews we can use our corningware, corel, fireking, and pyrex for both meat and dairy, year round, and for Pesah because these are all glass. This is why we were given a ton of the stuff as wedding presents. While we have 2 sets of glass dishes, they are separated in weekday and shabbat, and not into meat and dairy ! Is this correct? [I might have understood one of your previous answers to another question to imply that even when using glass, I might need to have a glass set just for meat, and a glass set just for dairy. And what about our glass serving platters?]
