Gluten-Free Pantry Cake and Cookie Mix (this one isn’t on your list) contains rice flour, potato starch, sugar, gluten free baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate) baking soda, xanthan gum, salt. It’s marked “O.U. D”. Is it OK for Pesach and pareve? And… Gluten-Free Pantry brown rice pancakes & waffle mix contains brown rice flour, white rice flour, corn starch, buttermilk, granulated honey, baking powder (corn), sodium bicarbonate, salt, xantahn gum. Is this the one called buttermilk pancake mix on your list? If not, is this OK for Pesach? Thank you.
