Plus, there are other Gemaras that say differently CYA Alan, from CYA's reply that "we don't pasken from Gemara," without elaborating on that at all and mentioning the minority opinion instead, you can already see that this site does not focus at all on Torah She Ba'al Pe. It rather follows a complex system of post-talmudic innovations, contemporary gedoylim, and "majorities" outside the context of the Sanhedrin. But you probably agree with me that the development of Jewish Law as we know it today ended with the sealing of the Babylonian Talmud.
