Goya Rice

Question

Goya Basmatti rice has as its ingredients, Milled Basmatti Rice and no more. Is this good Which rices have starch?

All 100% rice, have the nutrients removed during processing. They must be put back before they are sold, FDA regs. They are sprayed on with a starch. Goya has always given me a hard time when I asked them, what the starch was made of. They have never been very helpful. CYA
