Granite counter and followup

Question

1. Does a granite counter have to be covered/kashered for Pesach? 2. Are there questions that you choose not to answer? About a week to ten days ago I asked about a hand that was in a bandage re Ntilat Yadayim. If unable to get the hand wet, does one wash the other hand and make the bracha al nteelat yadayim? So far I have not received an answer.
