Grape juice

Question

Can you explain why all grape juice is kosher? How do we know (without inquiring) whether they cook the grapes or only the juice after it is extracted from the grapes? (See Iggerot Moshe, Yoreh Deah I, no. 50)

Hmmm. Good question. Might be that we did inquire. Or maybe Rav Moshe's Teshuvah is his opinion.... If you are right, then Welch's was not good in the days it had a Hashgachah. Hmmm.... AA
