Question

But when the goy mashes the grapes and allows the grape juice to come out (before he cooks it), why isn't this regarded as coming into contact with a non-Jew? What's the definition of a non-Jew coming into contact with grape jice?

The grape juice or wine cannot become Yayin Nesech until it is separated from the solids. AA
