grape juice

Question

Dear Rav, FYI. I just called Welchs for confirmation that they really did cook the grapes in the skin as it says in their brochure and on the Concord Grape Growers Association web site.( The OU had said I was incorrect) They confirmed that it is cooked quickly to a temperature of 180 degrees.!!!! And is pasteurized 3 more times after that at 185%. Does anybody hold that is not hot enough to be Mevushal? Kedem? :-) Regards, Martin
