grape juice

Question

a friend in london sent me a set of books called fountain of blessing, english text, hebrew sources and notes, by the head of londong sephardic bet din, rav pinchas toledano his opinion is similar to yours, he writes that since when making wine by machine it is cooked, that when a goy comes around to touch the finished bottle of grape juice it is yayin muvashal and thus kosher. he didnt say anything about wine, i have friends who live in northwest new york near the pennsylvania line where the ny state wines are made, and they say that goyim dont touch in the manufacture of wine, just like they dont in grape juice. while this might not be true of really expensive wines, or of european wines--what do i know?--but it might be true of plain american wine; might be worth investigating. though i would say the less one drinks the better A QUESTION THOUGH,,,if I READ THE MISHNEH TORAH CORRECTLY THAT ANY KIND OF DRINKING ALCOHOL TOGETHER WITH GENTILES IS FORBIDDEN, THEN EVEN WHEN WINE IS YAYIN MEVUSHAL, IT STILL SHOULD BE FORBIDDEN IF IT IS ALCOHOLIC? PLEASE, WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS..... ANOTHER COMPLIMENT.. YOU ARE HELFPING PEOPLE KEEP KOSHER BECAUSE YOU ARE SHOWING THEM WAYS OF BEING EXPLOITED AND RIPPED OFF BY "KOSHER COMPANIES" WHERE I LIVE A LARGE BOTTLE OF KEDEM GRAPE JUICE IS OVER 6 DOLLARS , WELCHS IS BETWEEN 2 OR 3 AND A SUPER MARKET BRAND IS BETWEEN 1.80 AND 2.30. MANY PEOPLE STOPPED KEEPING KOSHER IN THEIR HOUSES BECAUSE OF THESE OUTRAGIOUS PRICES IN MEAT, CHCIKEN, PROCESSED FOOD ETC HOPEFULLY, YOUR NORMALCY IN THESE MATTERS WILL KEEP PEOPLE KOSHER

Thanks for your comments. We went down with my father from winery to winery in the north fork of Long Island, NY, and found that they do touch the wine. Grape Juice is different. AA
