Grape Lifesavers

Question

I looked at the source you gave and I have a problem. The Shulhan Arukh says that if water is mixed with wine, and the wine is less than one sixth, the taste is diluted and it can be drunk. This would also be the case if you mixed wine with cake or chicken. However, with grape Lifesavers we are confronted with a different problem. the Lifesaver itself does not have any taste. The only taste is the grape flavor. So even though the grape flavor is less that one sixth of the entire product, when it comes to taste it is 100%. Doesn't this mean that it is forbidden, since it is a completely different case than the Shulhan Arukh's. Also, I would say the same thing about grape flavored gum. The only thing which is edible is the grape flavor, even though it is less than one sixth. Have I missed something here?
