Hair Covering

Question

So you are saying that if someone is just starting to cover her hair, i.e. a newly married woman, even if the custom in her parents house is to cover your hair, and if she doesn't live in the same community, and in the community that she moves to anything goes, she COULD go according to the community and not cover her hair and go against the minhag of her mother, in her own house. And what about outside? Does she go according to the minhag of the community and maybe cover her hair when she goes to shul?
