Hair Follow Up

Ok, so we can lather up our hair on Shabbat and Yom Tov. 1) Any problems wringing/squeezing out the water on either Shabbat or Yom Tov? 2) Any problems toweling it off? 3) Any particular way we should do either? Thanks for the Bubbles!
