Question

If you can ask a goy to do things for you during bain hashmashot. Can I get a haircut during bain hashmashot if I pay beforehand and I didnt have time to get it before shkiyah?

No A non-Jew cannot do everything for you during the Bein Hashmashot period, the time between sunset and full night. AA
