Hamotzi versus Mezonot

Question

Kavod Harav: According to Sephardic tradition, if one is to eat a bread-like, for example a bagel or roll made primarily with ingredients other than water, does one wash hands and make a Hamotzi or is it mezonot? On those products that are mezonot, what is the rule should one be Koveah Seudah with that item, for example, the bagel? Todah Rabah.

It doesn't go by tradition, but rather by society at large. Items eaten as a bread are Hamotzie, including bagels, rolls, pizza, and Matzah. Crackers, and the like, cake, cookies etc are all Mezonot. AA
