Hashem's Name

Question

Dear Rabbi, Someone sent me an email with a word document attached. I opened it up, and found that Hashem's holy tetragrammaton name was spelled out in Hebrew. Do I keep this on my computer forever, or is this different since it is not in "print?" Thank you, Mitch
