Havdala

Question

Rabbi, on motzai yom tov my friend eroneously made havdala saying Hiney Kel... and hagafen, instead of hagafen and hamavdil, and then drank the wine. is there an obligation to repeat the havdala? we debated about this and would appreciate the correct answer. thanks

It's too late now, but if he/she didn't say Hamavdil, you all missed Havdalah. I bet we all yelled Layehudim.... As if we were reading the Megillah! AA
