Hebrew National Tuna

Question

There's a restuarant in White Plaines NY called Epsteins that calls itself Kosher but only sells Hebrew Nation meats, Are you allowed to eat tuna in such a place? Thank you Sol

You can eat tuna in places that don't claim to be otherwise kosher. Just ask if the tuna has any animal fat in it. AA
