Why do Peaple say that this hechsher isn't good and that hechsher isn't good but ou is good?

Mostly politics. There are some Conservative Hashgachas that can't be depended on. However, the ingredient panel is safer than a Hashgacha (if you know what to look for). Think about this one. If you do the research, there are more products with unauthorized Hashgachas on them, than incorrect ingredients on packages (with or w/oHashgachas). CYA
