Hechsher Problem

Re: non Jewish workers driving and COOKING on Shabbat, eating taref around the kosher food and unsupervised Gentiles cutting, grinding and cooking meat, and other prepared foods, receiving deliveries unsupervised and cooking it, without a Jew present........ I am waiting to find a hechsher/supervisor WITHOUT these problems! PLEASE!! A stumbling block before the blind???
