Hefsek Tahara

Question

Two questions; 1. Do you have to wait four days before making a hefsek tahora, even if there have been no marital relations prior to this? 2. Does a lady need to wash herself before making a hefsek tahara? 3. Can you carry back a machzor from shul on first day yom tov? Is there any difference if there is a Kosher eruv?
