Question

Upon reflection, I decided not to make the Bracha " Lehaniach " on the Yad because of my doubt ( see earlier posting ) but since I had not yet put on the Shel Rosh before I had to remove the Shel Yad to go to the bathroom I made the Bracha " Al Mitsvat " before putting on the Shel Rosh, How much trouble am I in ?
