Question

The general custom is to give a holiday tip to assorted workers/staff. Is this muttar from the perspective of general gift giving to Goyim, and also from the holiday aspect?

A gift for no reason, or no benefit is the issue. Giving a gift to an employee, coworker, employer, neighbor, etc. is fine. The card should say "Season's Greetings," or "Happy Holidays." AA
