Honesty
Question
I bought 4 suits the other day and noticed that the cashier only charged me for 3. Do I have an obligation to correct the mistake?
Answer
Answered by Aaron AbadiThis is a bit delicate. If it is owned by an Observant Jew or by an Observant non-Jew, you are required to return them. However, if they are not observant, then it depends on the circumstances. I would just assume that they had a "two-for-one" sale, and leave it at that. AA
