honey
Question
I received as a gift from a client two jars of honey from Canada, with no certification. Brand is miels d'Anicet. There is no ingredient list, but each jar is "certified organic". One is labeled "Summer Honey," and the other "Fall Honey." The "summer honey" says that it includes "white clover, melilot, raspberry bush, alfalfa, mint and wild flowers." The "fall honey" says it includes "goldenrods, red clovers, asters and wild flowers." Is there anything in here to be concerned about? Does honey raise any concerns generally? Thank you and please accept my best wishes for a K'tiva Hatima Tovah.
