Hot chocolate

Question

What's the deal with hot chocolate on Pesach? I couldn't find any on the list and I dread purchasing that horrific ko-sure brand! I am pretty sure that most of the ingredients on Carnation Hot Cocoa are OK but I suspect that mono and diglycerides may be problematic - are they?

almost all are fine. Try reading the ingredients AA
