hot chocolate etc on shabes

Question

can i pour hot water from a theromos into a acup and then add ---nestles hot chocolate powder from a packet,( can i rip the packet open shabes ---a tea bag of green tea --i assume instant coffee and tea are precooked so there should be no problem thank you
