hot water

Question

if turning on hot water is a psik resha dlo necha leh, would this also apply if the temp. was above 125? is it not a psik resha dlo nicha leh because one may use the heated water later? or does the fact that one doesnt care at the time one turns the hot water on apply?

If it is 125 or less, it is nothing, because it doesn't cook at all. I didn't confirm that it is Lo Nichah Leih, but the entire issue is only in a situation where the water is hot enough to actually cook, AA
