Hot water on Shabbat 2

Question

Rabbi Abadi, Regarding JJ's point about hot water usage on Shabbat, I understand (minimally) the "pesik reisha d'lo nicha leh", that there is no intent to cook the cold water that invariably flows into the water-heater when the hot water is turned on. Yet, is there a problem with using that newly-cooked water that was cooked on Shabbat?
