hotel bill not charged

Question

I was recently on a trip for work abroad. The way we handle the hotel bill is that my company put the amount of money needed in my bank in advance and then I pay when I check out. I checked out nearly a month ago but my credit card has still not been charged, though the money should have been withdrawn from my bank account immediately as foreign transaction come out the same day. To what extent am I obligated to chase this up, it is a total of about $240. Thank you for your help
