hotel buffets

Question

Dear Rav(s), It would seem from much of what has been written here, that in a reputable hotel or restaurant( where there is no chance of them lying or not being sure of the ingredients) that one could, supposing THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, eat from a buffet table of ALREADY PREPARED foods, such as various vegetarian pastas, recognizable poached or baked or even grilled fish, rice dishes, bug-free vegetables etc.etc. as these are all b`di eved regarding pots and pans, and there`s no chance of seeing the cook, etc.etc. Is this somewhat correct? Food for thought, anyway. Much gratitude, Martin
