House Alarms

Question

Rabbi, The control unit that activates our house alarm (on/off) has numbers displayed (1-10) for each zone in the house. So for example, if we were to open a window on Shabbat, one of the numbers on the box would light up. Does this create a problem on Shabbat? If yes, are there any possible solutions?
