hugging step mother and more

Kavod Harav i just have a couple of questions i hope you dont mind answering: 1)may i hug my step mother?does it make a difference if shes been my step mother since i was 5? and if i cant does that mean i cant kiss her hand out of kibud av vem erev yom kipur anymore too? 2)the ben ish hai says that you may not kiss your father in a beit keneset because it is disrespectful to hashem.Im moroccan and we have a custom to kiss each other on the cheeks after the arvit prayer.does that mean i cant do this anymore? 3)whats the differnece between kosher, glatt, and shetitat beit yosef for meat? is it mentioned it anywhere in shulchan aruch or any other sefer thank you

1. You cannot kiss, hug, or touch a step father or mother, no matter what the case. 2. The custom of kissing in the Beit Knesset is a beatiful Minhag and is Muttar. What is brought down not to do, is kissing the children, because that is done from love and the Minhag is done for respect. 3. One should eat only Glatt/Bet Yosef (same thing)meat. CYA
