I'm currently living in China

Question

Hi Haham, I am currently living in China, & like in most countries around the world products here have no hechsher. Do you think I can still rely on the ingredient listed - on the product- in this country? I am a bit skeptical of China's factories and laws regarding their obligation in stating the exact ingredients. Also, China seems to be a bit primitive when it comes to eating (meaning they eat everything and anything that moves). In the local stores they do sale world known-brands (Cadbury, Kellogg, Lindt, Hershey, Coca-cola etc..) product but seems to be made in China- ingredients can still be found in English can I solely rely on whats written?
