Indian restaurants

Question

There are a few indian restaurants in new york that say they are kosher (various hashgachas) that are opened on shabbat. they are strictly vegetarian and owned by non jews. What's your opinion on that? is it kosher?

For Sephardim it may be a problem of Bishul Akum. For Ashkenazim and Sephardim it may be a problem of bugs. The Hashgachah needs to be looked into. How do they know what happens on Shabbat?! Lots of questions! Eat only the stuff you can eat in a Treif restaurant. AA
