instant food revisited

Question

On shabbat may one pour yad soledet bo water into a kli sheni and then add some instant food that has NOT been previously cooked. (ie hot instant oatmeal, hot chocolate powder, soup mix, etc.) (I asked a similar question a while ago and you said it must have been cooked before shabbat - this time I am asking if I put it in a kli sheni can I assume these things are not kalei habishul and therfore I can "cook" them for the first time on shabbat in a kli sheni) Thanks Henry
