Instant Oatmeal on Shabbos

Question

Can I prepare instant oatmeal(just add hot water) on shabbos? I belive it is precooked and dried. What about things like Tradition brand cup-a-soup or mac & cheese with instant noodles? Instant couscous? Please answer ASAP...it's supposed to be real cold this shabbos! Thank you.

Instant foods that you add hot water, no problem. AA
