Is it kosher?

By mistake I bought Fiber one chewy bars. I guess just assumed it was General Mills & was kosher. At home I realized there is no hechsher.There are some ingredients I don't know of. Firstly the fruit pieces says natural flavor, could this mean grape juice? It has glycerin,and mixed Tocopherols for freshness. should I just give it away or can I eat them? June Rudy
