Jello Instant Pudding

Dear Rabbi Abadi, I hope all is well! I wanted to know if Jell-o (brand) Instant Pudding & Pie Filling was Pareve? It has a circle K on it and I wanted to use this for the holiday. Ingredients: sugar, modified food starch, contains less than 2% of natural and artificial flavor, salt, disodium phosphate and tetrasodium pyrophosphate (for thickening), mono- and diglycerides (prevent foaming), artificial color, yellow 5, yellow 6, BHA (preservative).
