Jew Marries non-Jew
Question
Dear R Abadi, What is your opinion of a non-Jewish man marrying a Jewish woman (who is conservative)? He says that if 'things work out' after a year or two, he would consider converting to Jewish. We think he should convert first - it can be arranged almost immediately. The rabbi says that we can't force him to become Jewish, but when he does he will 'remarry' them properly. What is your advise, Rabbi, to this delicate question?
