Question

I create technology and functionality for online applications like websites and web based software, this software is always sitting on the web and takes orders, some are scheduled to do different things, sometimes on Shabbat and sometimes not. We just set up a site for a Jewish music group, you can buy the CD online, L'Maase Jews are coming to the site and buying the CD and I noticed one or two orders on Shabbat, now do I have to notify this owner to close his site on Shabbat because e is selling a Jewish product on Shabbat????
