Question

I would like to know the basis of your statement that Kahlua manufactured in the US is kosher without supervision. Do you know the ingredients and the manner of production in the US? What does OU require beyond these two bits of information before they will certify it kosher? What happened that the certification in Mexico was terminated? Please indicate the rabbinical qualifications of the respondent. Thank you very much.
