Question
1. does the sprinciple of stam kelim also apply to a factory? 2. If ingredients on a package say vinegar and I contact the company and find out it's not wine vinegar, I can eat the product. But how can I be sure that the company doesn't change it to wine vinegar. Do I need to call every week? It seems that in this instance a hashgacha would be a valuable thing (I actually know of a specific case where this happened and the hashgachah was removed).

Answered by Aaron Abadi1) Yes 2) vinegar listed as such ("vinegar") is not from wine. The story that you are referring to is probably the Hashgachah's way to convince you that it isn't Kosher. AA
