Kashrut on a candy bar

Question

I would like to know if a certain candy bar is kosher, the ingredients are: Maltitol, Chocolate Liquor (processed with alkali), Cocoa Butter, Milk Fat, Soya Lecithin, Vanillin, Sucralose (splenda Brand). Thanx!!
